| MORE ACCOLADES FOR TRUE NORTH CUISINE!
Australia's most unique adventure-cruise ship, The TRUE NORTH, has always had a reputation for stunning modern cuisine! However, just lately it's seems as though everyone is talking about the vibrant creativity of our young chefs.Some of our signature dishes were recently featured in The Weekend Australian; Executive Chef Tristan Rhodes is profiled in the summer edition of Ocean Magazine and, our cuisine will again be on show in the upcoming edition of Masters of Cuisine. And there will never be a more convenient opportunity to sample what's on offer when the magnificent TRUE NORTH visits Sydney at the end of the year. Arriving on the 9th December, the TRUE NORTH will be available for corporate and social events in the lead-up to Christmas. Then, on Christmas Eve, this much lauded small ship will commence the first of several 3 night cruises ex Sydney Harbour. The "Sydney Rocks!" itinerary will feature the delights of Sydney's world famous harbour, Sydney's spectacular northern beaches and, the intriguing Hawkesbury River. Gastronomic highlights will include degustation on the harbour, breakfast in the ship's Observation Lounge, an alfresco cruise across the stunning waters of Pittwater, an a la carte event in the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, one of the True North's famous beach-picnics and, a dinner-dance that is guaranteed to make all lament the past!
